Career: College professor for four years in Maine; Executive Director Genetic Counseling Center in Maine; Public Health Research Scientist Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Retired from CDC in 2003.
When and why did you come to NE GA; Retired and wanted to live in the mountains. Moved to Clayton in August 2006.
Interests: All the great outdoors. Fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, outdoor photography
Other: Became a complete vegetarian (vegan) in 2005. Have 3 children and 9 grandchildren (6 in Atlanta and 3 in Chicago). Joined the OFHC through Dick Metzgar.
